We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and we were very satisfied with our stay. Our room was nice, had everything you might need, wasn't too big but we spent most of our days out in the city so we used the room mostly for sleeping. Bed was big and comfortable. Room has been cleaned daily, bottled water restocked everyday etc. Good breakfast, enough variety and I really liked the broccoli & shrimp stir fry and the seasoned rice. It's not a "100 different breakfast options" type of buffet, so if you're looking for smth like that then maybe keep looking, but overall we really enjoyed breakfast, you get something different everyday. There is a pool on the roof (8th floor), there are sunbeds, the area is nicely lit when the sun is down and it has pretty nice views. We used it almost everyday. The only small drawback is the music, it's like 10 songs on continuous loop, please update the playlist🙏🏻 Also the pool could be open until 11pm or even midnight, 10 pm closing was quite early for us but still it was a nice place to rest. Location worked very well for us when it comes to sightseeing, it's like 3-5 minute walk from the BTS station and they also have a option of giving u a lift to the station. There are two 7 elevens right next to the hotel. We felt safe in the area. The Lumpini park is really close so we recommend going for a walk and enjoy a 7-eleven Matcha honey-lime whilst, watching the lizards 🦎 Staff was very welcoming, always smiling, English-speaking, always spoke in a subdued voice so other guests wouldn't be disturbed. Overall I'd say that they made good choices when recruiting. What I would suggest as a nice addition for tourists is maybe making a small map (nothing fancy) of local places to eat, we sometimes felt lost when it comes to finding places that aren't restaurants.

Super location made it easy to get to/from the airport by airport train and BTS metro in 45mins, and they even have a shuttle from the hotel to Ploen Chit metro (closest station) every 30mins if you are too lazy to walk for 7 mins. There is a mall in the All Seasons Plaza directly across from the hotel with food court, restaurants and all kinds of services so that was useful. The room was as pictured, clean and quiet at night. Good firm mattress, daily cleaning and towel change (which perhaps you should consider opting out of for eco reasons). It is petite and just what one needs for a few nights rest. There is a surprisingly good rooftop pool with a spectacular view - by day it is urban luxury, and by night with some monsoon rain and the towering All Seasons buildings nearby you could imagine Gotham City!

+ The hotel has a modern aesthetic as in the pictures. + Location: near skytrain and short distance from shopping malls, Lumphini park in walking distance. Thea area is pretty modern overall. + The pool area was nice to have in the heat, even though it wasn’t exposed to the sun that much. It’s not too big but you can always put your towel on the ground if the chairs are not available!

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel but did see it - and it looked very good with very friendly staff . There is a very good cafe adjoining the lobby and some excellent cafes and restaurants (for breakfast and other meals) within a five minute walk. I did use the breakfast restaurant for the free coffee/tea/juice you get if you "go green" and don't ask for new sheets/towels.

The room is very well maintained. The facilities are great. There is a shuttle service to the nearby train/metro stop which makes it easy to commute. The breakfast range is also excellent. Had a lot of options and the quality was amazing!
